DR. ELIZABETH BAIROY BAGONOC

For having graduated with the degree of Doctor in Public Administration from the Lyceum of Northwestern University last May 15, 2015 at the University Campus in Dagupan City after passing the comprehensive exam with a grade of 99%. Her dissertation entitled "THE DISASTER RISK REDUCTION PREPAREDNESS AND CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION PROGRAM OF GENERAL SANTOS CITY" earned the grade of 98% after successful oral examination last May 7, 2015.

She has also earned the degree of Master in Development Management and Governance from the University of Makati (UMak).
